I founded B.Craft after seeing one too many times how much potential gets wasted—buried under ego, bureaucracy and boredom. When meaning disappears, fun fades, and leadership fails.
B.Craft is execution power. My work helps companies become bolder, leadership more human, and progress something we can actually enjoy. The future doesn’t come from preserving—it comes from anticipation and experimentation. From curiosity, inspiration and entrepreneurial clarity. Or as I call it: guts and method.
That’s my contribution to a future-fit economy.

Whether it’s tech, stories or new perspectives—I love what’s new. I’m a passionate writer because thinking gets sharper through words. My economic thriller Permanent Error shows what happens when responsibility breaks down. In our book Chief of Anything, my co-authors and I invite you to rethink leadership—as a personal mission, not a title.
Privately, I’m drawn to everything that mixes depth with lightness: great conversations, mountains, people with backbone. As a true Rhinelander (specific area in Germany that I call home - some people call it “la dolce vita of Germany”), I love life: Good food, tasty drinks, music? Count me in!
